Further to the announcement on 9 April 2009, the Board is pleased to communicate to Shareholders that confirmation has been received from the ASX that MMA is no longer classified as an 'investment entity' for the purposes of the ASX Listing Rules. Accordingly, the NTA announcement lodged on 14 April 2009 was the last NTA lodgment required under Listing Rule 4.12.  Further, Quarterly Investment Reports are no longer prepared by the Company.
